What is the 14-days free trial period?

The free trial period enables you to try our product for free for 14 days. The number of monitors you can create is limited, but all features are available so you can try them out to determine what the most suitable plan is.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via our web application. Contact us at info@semonto.com for more information.

Can I close my account at any time?

Yes, you can close your account at any time. Your account will be deactivated when your plan expires and your plan won't be automatically renewed.

Do I need to install anything?

You don't need to install any software. You can use Semonto directly from your browser.

As a student organization, our servers are not always stored in the best possible conditions and can suffer from a variety of challenging problems. Semonto has helped us detect and measure service failures and made it possible for us to quickly respond to any issues.
